The point I wanted to convey was that there are many apparently trivial points - if an industry looks inviting, people choose to enter even if they can salvage some tiny thing out of the industry. But from a long term strategy point of view, it might not be the perfect thing to do.<br /><br />Pepsi - its a view one can form by looking at the cola wars in a different light.
